Aneisha Hughes, a multifaceted individual, wears the hats of an American actress, budding writer, producer, and humanitarian that wears the Founder/CEO of the Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program with much honor. With over a decade of dedicated passionate leadership, having laid the founding foundation of BSLS in her teenage years; she has steered BSLS’s evolution and facilitated its national expansion to 12 and counting states.
Beyond her corporate prowess she finds gratification and purpose with being a versatile artist whose experiences in the entertainment industry as an actress, writer, and producer have shaped her into a compelling and transformational leader.
A proud Houston, TX native and alumni of Florida State University; Aneisha attributes her undergraduate success to the majority of her academic time at FAMU, the nation’s #1 HBCU.
